I'M NOT RECEIVING RECEIPTS OR EMAILS
IF you have issue in receiving receipt email from gooloops kindly check your spam folder, find and locate goolops email and check it as not junk to start receiving email from gooloops

I did not receive gooloops email , update your app email
1. Find and click app menu
2. Click Settings
3. Find and click your name located at menu top
4. Select to update your email
5. Click Save button.
How to view trip receipts in gooloops app or gooloops.com
IN THE APP:
1. Find and click gooloops app menu
2, Click Your Trips
2. Click on trip's map
3. Click Receipt for viewing payment details.
ON WEB:
1. Sign in at https://gooloops.com/signin_rider
2. Click My Trip
3. Double click on selected listing of trip
4. Tap Details to view your payment details
you can contact us if you don’t receive you receipt after the above measure.
