HOW TO APPRECIATE A DRIVER

you can appreciate your driver voluntarily  when you are provided with excellent service experience. This is not included in our service fare, whatever you give to appreciate driver goes to the driver. We provide room to do so at the end of the trip. At the end of each trip, you'll be prompted to rate and tip the driver in the app.

You can also tip a driver during a trip:

1. Launch gooloops app.

2. click on your white screen to give trip details.

3. Click Rate your trip

4. select the rate stars you prefare for this trip

5. Click save to continuing

You may also use cash to tip the driver.
