HOW TO CANCEL TRIP 

1. Click on the driver information bar at the bottom of the app screen, a new page will be loaded

2. Click on Cancel to close the trip or click back arrow to keep the ride

NOTE: Cancellation of ride is open to our users, this can be done at any time but you could be charge if driver is assigned to you. This fee is  for compensation of  driver and associate for routing to your location. we  advice you to request for ride as soon as you are ready to do so.
