HOW TO SCHEDULING A RIDE IN ADVANCE

you have 15 minute to 30 days advance schedule ride privilege on gooloops

HOW SCHEDULED RIDES WORK

You can make use of our schedule ride feature  to book ride with at least 10 minutes ahead therefore your app  will assign you driver to pick you up at the time you stipulated. You will will get notification for the request

NOTES: - gooloops don't provide guaranty for assigning driver when you schedule a ride

if we don't find you driver to assign or you  fee change  we would notify you

you are subject to price changes during this period

HOW TO SCHEDULE A RIDE

1. Launch  your gooloops rider app 

2. Enter your destination 

3. Click on vehicle icon  to schedule date and  time

4. Click set pick up time button

5. select your interested vehicle

6. Click schedule button

7. Click done button

CANCEL A SCHEDULED RIDE

1. click on app menu

2. Click on Your Trips then click upcoming

3. Click Cancel ride

4. Select reasonable

5. Click cancel your trip

EDIT  YOUR SCHEDULED RIDE

1. click on app menu

2. Click on Your Trips then click upcoming

3. Click Cancel edit button

4. Click set pick up time button

gooloops provide you privilege to cancel your schedule request before we assign you driver this will cost you no charges
