How To Clear An Outstanding Payment
Once
your transaction through your payment gateway is unsuccessful your
account could read outstanding balance unsuccessful payment could be
result of the following
1. No enough funds
2. You shortpay
your driver
3. Error as a result of technical issue
TO
CLEAR AN OUTSTANDING PAYMENT:
1.
Launch your gooloops app
2. You could receive a payment prompt
for a charge
3. Follow this promt to make your payment either in
cash or through our alternative payment method
UPDATING PAYMENT METHOD
If
you have problem in clearing your existing balance update your
payment method if the problem persist kindly contact us.
Our
payment gateway will provide you opportunity to apply for ride with
gooloops this depends on your location e.g country , city. We provide
opportunity to add credit card, debit card, cash or paypal
as
soon as your jorney is completed we would charge your desire payment
gateway
You can confirm your preferred payment method with your
app during the trip or you select your desire payment method.
ADD
A PAYMENT METHOD
1. Find and click app menu
2. Click wallet
3. Click Add Amount,
3. Enter your desire amount

Click Add money to the wallet

ADD A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

3. Click Add

5. Click change debit card

Enter your card number.
7. Enter card expiration date and CVV
number
8. Click next to add your card

Gooloops means to edit your card details, to do so follow
the same process as shown below

PAYING WITH CASH
Having
gooloops rider app, we provide you cash payment method as alternative
payment to apply for ride with us, our driver app will give you the
fare total after your trip end. You must pay this amount to complete
your requested service obligation.
HOW DO I PAY WITH

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH
CASH ?
If you are hook with insufficient cash, you can switch to
alternative payment method before the start of your journey. If you
are located in one of our service country add your card to your
account as follow

Find and click Change Debit Card
Add credit or
debit card
Click Next
HOW
DO CANCELLATION FEES WORK ?
Gooloops will add your cancellation
fee to your fare as long as you have a cancel your trip. This could
be added to your trip fare or in your next trip. Receipt will be
provided to confirm this
