If you suspect any unauthorise account activity on your gooloops account kindly reset your account first kindly do the following

If you are able to sign in to your account, you should reset your password.

1. Go to gooloops.com

2. Click sign in as driver or rider

3. Enter your details as requested and click next

4. Find and click forgot password

5. Enter your register email and click next

6. A link to reset your password will be sent to your register email
