MY ACCOUNT HAS AN UNRECOGNIZED CHARGE
Depending on your location, gooloops provide authorization hold on your card in other to protect against fraud against unauthorized card usage called pending charge. This occur when you newly add payment method for your gooloops service.

DID YOU RECENTLY CANCEL A TRIP?
If you recently cancel a trip, cancellation of ride is open to our users, this can be done at any time but you could be charge if driver is assigned to you. This fee is for compensation of driver and associate for routing to your location. we advice you to request for ride as soon as you are ready to do so
AM I CHARGED FOR CANCELLING RIDE?
If you believe cancellation fee is as a result of error , confirm this from your trip history by clicking app menu, tap your trip, locate past trip and find the trip in question to view your cancellation fee. Kindly contact support@gooloops.com
